I’m Jónas, an Icelandic photographer and private guide, combining photography, adventure and local knowledge to create personal experiences across Iceland.

My journey began with a passion for landscape photography and evolved into a love for photographing people within those landscapes. I specialize in elopement and lifestyle photography, capturing authentic moments against Iceland’s dramatic scenery.

Alongside photography, my background in luxury tourism has given me an extensive knowledge of Iceland’s landscapes, culture, seasons and hidden places — as well as an understanding of what goes into creating a seamless experience for international guests.

Today, I offer private adventures and bespoke day experiences throughout Iceland, with professional photography naturally woven into the journey.
